Who We Are

Pilax is a gentle and accessible approach to movement. I offer mat Pilates-based classes designed especially for beginners, self-confessed "lazy exercisers," and anyone who wants to move with more awareness and ease. My sessions focus on technique, having fun, not intensity—helping you build strength, stability, and connection at your own pace. I also run classes under the 'Rise Up' section for people living with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) or long COVID, creating a safe and supportive space to move gently and rebuild trust in your body.
