This RiseUp Special was created with your sore tummy in mind, specifically for after you've had a terrible attack of pains. Not recommended for relief during the attack but after when the pain begins to subside, but you feel like you're taking too long to recover. This video was filmed the day after my own illness and tested out the previous afternoon just after it.

Equipment needed: Theraband, Chair where your feet (shoed or non-shoed) can touch the floor - make sure this chair is secure and won't slip. RiseUp Pilax is a series dedicated to those with post viral fatigue of any kind or health conditions (except Osteoporosis) that limit their exercise. In other words: extra extra extra gentle Pilates and relaxation. RiseUp Pilax has its own levels: Intro (for those with conditions who have little exercise history), Chair (same as Intro but modified to a chair), Prev Fit (for those previously fit), MovOn (for those who are ready to move on into beginner levels of regular Pilates, but just not quite yet). Suggestion: Watch the video first then play it again so you can follow along without having to lift your head from the bed during the class or, install a laptop holder above your bed head.
