Don't know where to start?

While RiseUp acknowledges that no one long covid or other CFS journey is the same, if you've just joined me and feeling a little lost, please follow these videos in the order I recommend them. Take it at your own pace :)

Week Zero: Start with the following six videos: Whole Body Movement, Questions, Neck Pain, What Equipment, Therabands and Abs: which will prep you and your well-being in general. The only active class is How to feel your Abs

Week One- Five: Start with these three videos: Rise Up Breath, In Bed & Quick Rise Up, interchanging at your own pace. If you're wanting to do Pilax in Chair or Prev Fit level, please go to the main RiseUp category and find the equivalent class

Week Five onwards: If you're feeling up to it, RiseUp Pilax- Intro 1 is a longer version of the other classes. If that's too much, try Recovery from Tiredness or continue with the shorter classes 

Beyond: If you continue to build strength or resilience, please try all the classes available to you on RiseUp. If at the end of you're ready to move on, you can join the PilaxOG. If this is where you are comfortable, please stay as long as you like. If you wish to take an individual session with me online, please go to the Add On page and message me there. If you're ready to move to an in-person class (and you're outside NSW), I wish you all the best. I'll still be here if you ever want to come back to check in.
